So very sorry to hear of your father's passing, Stuart. How.fortunate you are to have had him in your life for these many years. Wishing you and your family strength and peace.

Dear Hope and family,
I was very saddened to read of John's passing. Please accept my sympathies and condolences. I first met John when he was working for the Franklin County Department of Social Services. We interacted over the years. I always enjoyed our conversations and his insights. He was a pleasure to be with and talk to. His gentle spirit always came through. May God comfort you at this time of loss. May you have solace knowing that John's name was written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
We are in South Carolina for the Winter so unfortunately my wife and I will not be able to attend today's service.

To Stuart and family:
Please accept our heartfelt condolences from the Sloan family. Although we did not know John, both Stuart and Mary have spoken very kindly of him to our family here in Nova Scotia. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.
