James M. Sienkiewycz

A North country native, James grew up in the Brasher Falls area. In his junior year at high school, he decided that he wanted to become a funeral director. His parents were a Huge supporter his decision, and supported him 100%.  Upon his graduation from Massena Central High School, James enrolled in the Mortuary Science Program at SUNY Canton.  In  1992  his career as a funeral director began  where he had the  honor of working for many firms within the area.  However James always held the the dream of  owning his own funeral firm close to his heart.  November 9, 2011 he joined the staff of the Flint Funeral Home, and August of 2014 ownership was established.   James brings to the community over 20 years of experience in funeral service.    He is honored to keep the tradition of the Flint Funeral Home, by keeping it a family owned business in the community. James is the son of late Robert & Phyllis (LaVare) Sienkiewycz.  

George J. Guyette

Funeral Assistant
George J. Guyette, a native of the Brushton area the son of the late Warren and May (Montroy) Guyette.  He graduated from Brushton High School in 1957.  After his retirement with the US Postal Service he started assisting at the Flint Funeral Home helping to care for families.  As of 2017 George has been with the  funeral home for over 28 years.   He enjoys working in his garden, and watching the youth at there sports events.   In 2014 George was inducted into the B.M.C.  Athletic Hall of Fame.

George is a communicant of St. Mary's Church and a 4th Degree member of the Assembly #711 Knights of Columbus of Malone. 

Benjamin J. Sienkiewycz

Funeral Assistant
A native of the area,  Ben grew up in Massena, NY and is a  2018 graduate of Massena Central High School.   Since 2014 Ben has taken an active roll in assisting his father James at the funeral home.   In 2017 Ben became an active member of the Moira Vol. Fire and Rescue as a basic EMT, where he is presently holds the office of president.    He is presently enrolled at North Country Community College and working toward his degree in Mortuary Science at the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.  Ben resides at the funeral home where  he is a major part of the day to day operations and is active in the in in providing comfort and care to families.
