BRASHER - With heavy hearts, the family of Mary Lou White 73, announce her passing on Thursday (Dec. 20, 2018) at the Fletcher Allen Medical Center. She was comforted and surrounded by her loving family at her side. Arrangements are with the Flint Funeral Home, Moira.
Mary Lou was born on August 3, 1945 in Massena, to the late Arthur and Pearl Wilson. She attended St. Lawrence Central School. On September 22, 1962, Mary Lou united into marriage with Vernon White, Sr. at St. Patrick Church, Brasher Falls.
Mary Lou enjoyed making doughnuts, canning, baking or doing her craft work. She took much pride and gave abundant's of love to her family. Mary Lou embraced life and treasured the moments spent with her family and friends.
Treasured memories will be forever in the hearts of her husband Vernon, and her children Vernon (Patricia) White, Jr, of Massena, Sandra (Ronald) Robinson of Massena, Carol (Joseph) Devlin of Massena, Barbara (Lee) Richards of Massena, and Cheryl White of Massena. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
She is survived by two brothers Ronald Wilson of Indiana, Philip Wilson of Massena, as well as three sisters Hazel Durant of North Lawrence, Harriette (Glenford) McGregor of Brasher, and Eileen Elliot of Moira.
Besides her parents Mary Lou is predeceased by her siblings, Walter Wilson, Theodore Wilson, Michael Wilson, Kenneth Wilson, Francis Wilson, Paul Wilson, Joann Gallagher, Orilla LaVare, Shirley Martin, Grace Wilson, and Annette Pendergast.
Respecting Mary Lou's wishes funeral services will be private, however your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated. .
