Obituary of Phillips Perry
Malone – Phillip P. Perry, Sr., 74, passed away Wednesday evening (Aug 3, 2016) at his home, with the love and support of his family at his side. Arrangements are with the Flint Funeral Home, Moira.
Born March 18, 1942, in Fort Covington, the son of Floyd and Deale (Spencer) Perry and married Joanne Fargo. For many years Phillip owned and operated Perry's Black Top and Seal Coating. On October 5, 1985 Phillip united into marriage with Nancy Deins. At one time he enjoyed playing shuffle board on “Bertha’s League”, listening to and collecting CB radios, and had a passion for buying and selling things, especially riding lawn mowers. Watching NASCAR was his favorite past time.
Special memories will be forever in the hearts of his wife Nancy, his children Mark (Leigh) Perry of Constable, Bonnie Shampo of Parish, Phillip (Heather) Perry, Jr. and Bernard Perry both of Malone. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
His siblings John (Loretta) Perry of Brushton, Gordon Perry, of Central Square, Michael (Nancy) Perry of Malone, Dinah Sanford of Florda, and Elaine Clark of Central Square.
Besides his parents he is predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
Friends are invited to call at the Flint Funeral Home Sunday (Aug 7) from 2-4 and 6-8. Funeral services will commence Monday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Fort Covington.
