NORTH BANGOR – Stacey J. Wheeler, 49, passed away Tuesday (Feb. 8, 2022) with the love of his family at his side. A time of visitation will be held Sunday from 2-3:45 p.m. (Feb. 13, 2022) at the Flint Funeral Home, Moira. Funeral services will commence at 4 p.m. with a graveside service to be held in the spring at a time to be announced. He was born in Malone on June 22, 1972, the son to John & Ann (Peck) Wheeler. He graduated from Brushton-Moira High School in 1991. On August 28, 1991, Stacey united into marriage with his high school sweetheart Jennifer Kranzman. Together they resided in the area and raised a family of one boy and two daughters. Jennifer predeceased him on August 15, 2013. Stacey was an avid Boston Bruins fan and loved to watch NASCAR. Being raised in the North Country he had a love and appreciation for the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was known for having a good time and loved being the life of the party. Treasured memories will be forever in the hearts of his children Derek (Audrey) Wheeler of Stormville, NY, Chelsey (Brett) Bush of North Bangor, and Kari Wheeler of North Bangor. Also surviving him are his three grandchildren Aiden, Destini, and Easton Bush. His siblings Jon (Peggy) Wheeler, of Brushton, Chris (Karen) Wheeler of Brushton, Brett Wheeler of Burke, and Heath Wheeler of Malone survive him. Stacey was predeceased by his parents and wife.
