BRUSHTON – With heavy hearts the family of Pauline M. Trumble age 90 passed away Sunday morning (Mar. 6, 2022) at her home. Her husband of 72 years Lyle and her children were at her side praying for her and comforting her. A time of visitation will be held March 13th from 4-7 at the Flint Funeral Home, Moira. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church Brushton. Spring interment is set for May 6, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. in the parish cemetery. Pauline was born February 3, 1932, in Moira the daughter of Joseph & Mae (Gordon) Dumas. She attended Brushton-Moira School and in 1982 she obtained her GED. On May 17, 1949, she united into marriage with Lyle Trumble at St. Mary's Church with the Fr. O'Brien officiating. At one time Pauline worked at Elliot's Slipper plant, Warner Bros, Malone, Tru-stitch, Bombay later as a bookkeeper at the B&P Auto Parts retiring in 1994. Pauline enjoyed playing cards, and knitting, crocheting where she won many blue ribbons from the Franklin County Fair. She always looked forward to family gatherings and picnics so she could spend time with her family and friends. Pauline was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was notorious for worrying about her family and always trying to make sure their needs were cared for. Treasured memories will be forever in the hearts of her husband Lyle, and her children David Trumble Sr., Sharon (George) St. Hilaire and Jay Trumble all reside in North Bangor. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren. Her siblings Wailda Perry, Dianne White, sister-in-law Faye Dumas of Melbourne, Fl, a brother-in-law Victor Francis, and many nieces, nephews and cousins survive her. Besides her parents she is predeceased by her siblings Agnus Perry, Joseph Dumas, Kenneth Dumas and Phyllis Francis. Memorial contributions in Pauline's honor may be made to the Bangor Vol. Fire and EMS. Condolences and memories may be shared at
